As a female run operation, the owner of Real Numbers was looking to introduce her new brand to the world as something different in her field of account management. She recognized that account managers are far too often associated with weak branding and therefore come off as non-exciting despite any amount of passion they themselves have for their job.
The solution was to create a brand that is fun, youthful, but still professional. This combination is achieved through the punched-out blocky sans-serif compiled with the numeric-esque secondary sans-serif. ‘Real’ exists with slightly uneven letterforms which play into ideas of reality and realness. While ‘numbers’ is more structured, alluding to ideas of expected outcomes. The palette is bold yet soft, coming across as powerful with the charcoal grey yet still inviting with the powder blue.
